Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Route Sales Representative in Canada to drive sales and service for a group of retail customers including grocery, gas and convenience stores. You will manage product placement, promotions, and inventory to support growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include identifying evolving customer needs, optimizing shelf space, and developing accounts against sales targets. Full-time with rotating shifts and weekend work required to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Valid full G or class 5 driver’s license.
• A car or reliable access to a car with a clear driving record.
• Scheduling flexibility: weekends/holidays included.
• Previous sales experience with consumer-packaged goods or retail preferred.
• Strong organizational skills: multitask, problem solve, meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on activities: manage product placement, increase shelf facings and racks, handle carton returns, move inventory and clean shelves.
• Identify customer needs by reviewing top-selling products.
• Develop assigned accounts in terms of sales, market share, distribution, space allocation and service objectives.
• Promote national and local promotions; secure placement of marketing equipment, displays and inventory for demand.
• Manage inventory to maintain balanced accounts and fresh products.
