Job summary

PepsiCo in Prince Albert, SK seeks a Full-Time Route Sales Representative to drive sales and service for assigned retail accounts. You will manage product placement, promotions, and inventory while building relationships with grocery, gas, and convenience stores.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and weekend availability, with a 40-hour work week and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Valid full G or class 5 driver's license.
• A car or reliable access to a car with a clear driving record.
• Scheduling flexibility including weekends.
• Previous sales experience with consumer-packaged goods or retail preferred.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Executing hands-on activities: managing product placement on shelves, increasing shelf facings and racks, handling carton returns, inventory movement and cleaning shelving.
• Identifying changing customer needs through review of top selling products.
• Developing assigned accounts relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation and customer service objectives.
• Selling and executing national and local promotions, soliciting placement of marketing equipment and displays.
• Managing inventory to ensure balanced accounts and fresh products for customers.
