Job summary

Germain Hôtels group is seeking a meticulous room attendant to keep guest rooms spotless and welcoming. You will work closely with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a room attendant or housekeeper is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina for repetitive tasks (bending, lifting, standing).
• Respect for privacy, discretion, and very high attention to detail.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maintain and clean rooms with respect and care.
• Ensure that all rooms are cleaned and prepared in accordance with established standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments, such as housekeeping supervisors, front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Respond with care and attention to guests' requests and contribute, through your individuality and creativity, to constantly improving their experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a room attendant, housekeeper or in a similar role is an asset
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately

• Flexibility to work as part of a team, including weekends and public holidays
