Job summary

Germain Hôtels is seeking a houseperson spa to maintain and clean the spa area with care and respect, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards while coordinating with housekeeping, front desk and maintenance.

You bring a high school diploma or equivalent, prior room attendant or housekeeper experience is an asset, and you can work independently with physical stamina, discretion and a sharp eye for detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a room attendant, housekeeper or in a similar role is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting and standing for long periods.
• Respect for privacy, discretion, sharp eye and very high attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work as part of a team, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean the spa with respect and care.
• Ensure that everything's clean and prepare in accordance with established standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments, such as housekeeping supervisors, front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
