Job summary

Germain Hôtels is seeking a meticulous spa houseperson to join our housekeeping team. The role emphasizes care, quiet discretion, and delivering a welcoming atmosphere in guest spaces.

You'll clean and maintain spa areas to high standards, coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance, and respond to guest requests with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a room attendant, housekeeper or in a similar role is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting and standing for long periods.
• Respect for privacy, discretion, sharp eye and very high attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work as part of a team, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean the spa with respect and care.
• Ensure that everything's clean and prepared in accordance with established standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments, such as housekeeping supervisors, front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
