Job summary

Germain Hôtels in Calgary is seeking a room attendant who brings a high level of care and dedication to guest rooms. You will maintain and clean spaces to the highest standards, coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams, and respond to guest requests with a personal touch.

A reliable work ethic and ability to work solo or in a team are essential. The role requires attention to privacy, physical stamina, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a room attendant or in housekeeping is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina for repetitive tasks including bending, lifting and standing for long periods.
• Respect for privacy, discretion and high attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work as part of a team, including weekends and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments, such as housekeeping supervisors, front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Respond with care and attention to guests' requests and contribute, through your individuality and creativity, to constantly improving their experience.
