Job summary

Germain Hôtels is seeking a housekeeping attendant to maintain and clean rooms to high standards in a Montreal location. You will coordinate with front desk, supervisors, and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

The role emphasizes independence, accuracy, and a strong attention to detail while supporting a team-oriented environment. Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous, and candidates should be able to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a room attendant, housekeeper or in a similar role is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting and standing for long periods.
• Respect for privacy, discretion, sharp eye and very high attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work as part of a team, including weekends and public holidays.
