About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Roofing & Siding Senior Production Manager / Production Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Coaching Department.

This role is focused on coaching and supporting Rydel managers to strengthen their production operations, improve practices, and maintain high standards across roofing and siding projects.

The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on experience in residential roofing and siding, with the technical knowledge and leadership ability to coach production teams, identify challenges, and help field managers improve their processes and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and support Rydel field managers on roofing and siding production operations.
• Provide practical guidance on installation processes, production standards, quality, and project execution.
• Assess practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support managers in resolving production and installation challenges.
• Share industry knowledge, best practices, and practical solutions with teams.
• Provide coaching related to residential roofing, flat roofing, metal roofing, asphalt roofing, and siding.
• Help field managers strengthen production processes and maintain consistent quality standards.
• Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert within Rydel's Production Coaching Department.

What We're Looking For

• Previous project management experience in installation of residential asphalt and metal roofing, flat roofing, and residential or commercial siding.
• Senior-level experience in roofing and/or siding production.
• Strong practical understanding of roofing and siding installation.
• Ability to identify production issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with production managers, and field teams.
• Strong focus on quality, efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to translate technical expertise into practical, actionable coaching

• Salary: 75-100k (commensurate with experience)
