Rydel Roofing is seeking a Commercial Division General Manager / SME within the Coaching Department to lead and develop our commercial roofing and siding teams across Canada. You will coach field managers, guide sales, estimating, and production, and drive growth for the commercial divisions.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in residential and commercial roofing/siding, with strong leadership, coaching, and strategic thinking abilities to improve processes and profitability.

Formación

• Commercial roofing and/or siding experience in Canada, with expertise in sales, estimating, and/or production.
• Proven experience managing commercial roofing and/or siding operations.
• Previous people-management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing & Siding professional to join our team as a Commercial Division General Manager / SME within the Coaching Department.

The primary responsibility of this role is to coach and support Rydel roofing and siding field managers and production staff in building, growing, and effectively managing their commercial divisions.

The ideal candidate brings experience in residential roofing and siding, with the technical knowledge and leadership ability to coach commercial teams, identify challenges, and help field managers improve their processes and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach Rydel field managers on developing and managing their commercial roofing and siding divisions.
• Provide guidance on commercial sales, estimating, production, and overall division performance.
• Support managers in identifying opportunities to grow their commercial business.
• Share industry expertise, best practices, and practical strategies with business owners and teams.
• Help managers improve commercial processes, performance, and profitability.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted resource for Rydel's commercial operations.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial roofing and/or siding experience in Canada, with expertise in sales, estimating, and/or production.
• Proven experience managing commercial roofing and/or siding operations.
• Previous people-management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong understanding of commercial sales, estimating, production, and business growth.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support and guide field managers.

• Salary: 75-100k (commensurate with experience)
