Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain flat roofing systems (SBS torch-on, EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc.)
• Conduct job site preparation, material handling, and safe work setup
• Complete installations according to specifications, safety standards, and local building codes
• Identify and troubleshoot roofing problems and perform repairs
• Work independently or as part of a crew to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
• Operate roofing tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe at all times

Who we need:

We are seeking an Experienced Flat Roofer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings solid hands‑on experience with flat roofing systems (SBS, EPDM, TPO, PVC), strong work ethic, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

If you take pride in quality workmanship and can handle the ups and downs (literally) of roofing life, this could be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain a variety of flat roofing systems (SBS torch‑on, EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc.)
• Conduct job site preparation, material handling, and safe work setup
• Complete installations according to specifications, safety standards, and local building codes
• Identify and troubleshoot roofing problems and perform repairs
• Work independently or as part of a crew to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
• Operate roofing tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe at all times

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Experienced with flat roofing systems — SBS, EPDM, TPO, PVC
  • Strong understanding of roofing details, flashing, membrane installation, and repair work
  • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail with a high standard for quality
  • Solid problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot roof issues
  • Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)
• Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
  • Fall Protection and other safety certifications are assets (we can help you get them if needed)
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.
