Job summary

TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, deployment, and scaling of robotaxi fleets across North America. You will monitor vehicle behavior, ensure safety protocols, and intervene as needed while undergoing comprehensive training.

We value responsible driving, strong situational awareness, and clear communication. This role involves shifts across multiple cities with opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge mobility technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification and drug screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and commercial operations.
• Supervise self-driving systems and intervene when required by procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip checks to ensure deployment readiness.
• Record disengagements and observations, and report to engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate operational records and comply with safety protocols.
