Job summary

TSMG Holding in North America seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depots, ensuring safety, availability, and deployment readiness for testing, commercial deployments, and new city launches.

You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists, lead 24/7 operations, drive KPI improvements, and partner with engineering, product, and fleet teams to scale operations while

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations, automotive operations, transportation, logistics, mobility services, or similar operational environments.
Experience leading operational or technical teams.
Experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across one or multiple depot locations.
Oversee all activities within the robotaxi depot, ensuring safe, efficient, and organized operations.
Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise operational staff; create shift schedules for 24/7 operations.
Act as the primary operational contact for internal and external stakeholders; coordinate with engineering, product, and fleet teams.
Monitor KPIs including fleet availability, vehicle uptime, dispatch efficiency, depot productivity, and operational quality; develop SOPs.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards; promote a safety culture.
