Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and deployment of AV and robotaxi fleets across North America, including Montreal. You will monitor self-driving systems, intervene when needed, and follow strict safety and procedural standards.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license required.
Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
Ability to pass a background verification and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

Safely operate autonomous vehicles during testing and robotaxi fleet operations.
Monitor vehicle behavior and traffic conditions with full situational awareness.
Take manual control when required by procedures or safety rules.
Complete routes while following local regulations and company procedures.
Provide feedback and report vehicle issues to depot and engineering teams.
