Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across multiple depots in North America. You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to keep vehicles safe, available, and deployment-ready.

The role requires leading 24/7 operations, driving KPIs, and partnering with engineering, product, and fleet management to launch and scale autonomous mobility services

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in fleet or mobility operations.
Experience leading operational or technical teams.
Experience managing shift-based or 24/7 operations.
Strong communication and planning skills.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depots.
Ensure vehicles are ready for testing and deployment.
Monitor fleet utilization, charging schedules, and readiness.
Coordinate dispatch and return activities to maximize efficiency.
Promote safety and adherence to procedures.
Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and performance summaries.
