Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support the testing, validation, and deployment of self‑driving fleets across North America. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when necessary, and engage with engineering and fleet teams to maintain safe operations during pilot programs and commercial service.

No prior autonomous vehicle experience is required; we provide comprehensive training on driving systems, safety protocols, and procedures.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license.
Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
Clean driving record with no major violations.
Ability to pass background verification (BGV).
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening.
Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
Comfortable driving for extended periods in urban and highway environments.
Ability to follow detailed operational procedures with high attention to detail.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

Autonomous Vehicle Operations: Safely operate and monitor vehicles during testing and commercial fleet operations; supervise self‑driving performance and take manual control when required; complete routes following regulations and procedures.
Fleet Readiness & Vehicle Inspection: Conduct pre/post-trip inspections; verify cleanliness and inspect cameras, sensors, and critical systems; report damage or maintenance concerns; ensure fleet readiness for daily operations.
Data Collection & Operational Reporting: Record disengagements and events; provide structured feedback on vehicle behavior and situations; support engineering with documented scenarios; maintain accurate records.
