Your role includes safety management, planning, cost control, reporting, and mentoring team members. Strong knowledge of road construction and CM software is essential for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction management, roadbuilding, or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with clients and public.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and supervise complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety management and compliance on sites; lead by example.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate crew, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Manage project costs, budgets, and billing processes.
• Ensure quality standards and documentation (NCR/OFI) are met.
• Mentor and develop team members; training before execution.
