  • Provide regular feedback to RQA leadership and Operations to report, prioritize, and facilitate action plans for any gaps.
  • Track issues and ensure their timely closure.
  • Support the development of risk performance metrics to enhance controls and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct desktop analysis of business problems to identify root causes.
  • Support ad hoc risk reports as required.
  • Collaborate with the Data Science and Claims Analytics teams to automate exception reporting and improve processes.
What You’ll Bring:
  • An undergraduate university degree.
  • Risk certifications are an asset.
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in the Property/Casualty insurance industry, preferably including risk management.
  • Experience working with data sets and trend analysis.
  • Experience with Qlik is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of other functional areas (e.g., Claims, Finance) is an asset.
  • Ability to foster and build good working relationships across business areas.
  • Commitment to high standards of performance.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional and technical development.
What You’ll Get:

Please note that salary is determined by factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

We offer a compelling rewards package including base salary, annual bonus eligibility, retirement savings, share plan, health benefits, personal wellness programs, and volunteer opportunities.

Enjoy a competitive vacation package with the option to purchase 5 extra days off per year.
