About The Role

We are seeking a sharp, curious, and content-savvy Content Performance Analyst to analyze social content performance across influencer and paid efforts. This role involves diving into metrics, understanding content performance, and creating data-backed narratives.

You will collaborate with our organic social, paid social, product, creative, and analytics teams to connect data insights with creative strategies and content development.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze organic social performance on Meta, TikTok, and Twitter/X to identify high-performing content and understand the reasons behind success.
  • Support paid social analysis to identify effective content and strategies.
  • Review influencer-generated content to derive insights about resonance and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and improve our content tagging database, suggesting new tags based on trends.
  • Work with AI tools and internal teams to enhance tagging accuracy and automate processes.
  • Partner with our Tableau specialist to visualize performance data.
  • Create visual reports, decks, and storytelling slides to communicate insights clearly.
  • Summarize key metrics like CTR, VTR, VCR, and Engagement Rates into understandable narratives about content performance and consumer behavior.
About You
  • 2–4 years of experience in social analytics, content strategy, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in performance metrics and translating data into insights and presentations.
  • Strong content sense — understanding what makes content engaging or viral.
  • Comfort with dashboards, spreadsheets, and AI tools.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to tell a story backed by data.
  • Experience with influencer marketing, paid social campaigns, or creative testing is required.
