Job summary

Brex is seeking a RevOps professional to join the Revenue Operations Team as the dedicated partner for the Startups segment. You will own RevOps across Startups, supporting Partnerships and Account Executives, and serve as the single point of contact for this high-growth segment with substantial autonomy.

You will translate data into actionable insights, collaborating with finance, systems, data, and GTM teams to improve performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in revenue or sales operations, fintech/SaaS preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple GTM teams (e.g., Partnerships).
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams amid ambiguity.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willing to work in office 3x per week (Mon, Wed, Thu).

Responsibilities

• Serve as RevOps partner to Startups revenue org, supporting Partnerships and AE teams.
• Collaborate with GTM leaders to improve strategy, coverage, and incentive design.
• Manage multiple priorities with high autonomy and impact.
• Partner with enablement, data, finance, systems, marketing, and operations to implement improvements.
• Own reporting and analysis of forecast, pipeline, capacity, and territory carving.
• Identify and scope projects to drive revenue growth and efficiency.
• Report progress to senior leadership with clear narrative.
