Job summary

The City of Brantford seeks a Revenue and Partnerships Coordinator to oversee sponsorship, advertising, and facility bookings for Parks and Recreation. You will drive revenue through partnerships, manage allocations, and support staff in a hybrid work setting.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize facility use, develop funding opportunities, and ensure service standards across programs and events.

Qualifications

• Two-year Community College diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum two years work experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with financial processes and customer service standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Facility Booking Clerks.
• Assist in organizing priorities and workflow efficiency.
• Advise staff on complex bookings and escalations.
• Support supervisory functions during non-standard hours.
• Ensure fair application of facility allocation policies.
• Monitor booking schedules and optimize facility use.
• Escalate complex allocation issues as needed.
• Contribute to performance management and staff development.
• Develop and manage sponsorship, advertising and fundraising initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with corporate sponsors and partners.
• Negotiate sponsorship and advertising opportunities with other departments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
