Job summary

Trimble Applanix, based in Richmond Hill, ON, seeks a Sales Enablement Coordinator to own recurring revenue fulfillment and SaaS subscription activation. You will coordinate across Sales Operations, Licensing, and Customer Enablement, ensuring accurate entitlement codes, timely quotes, and clean Salesforce data.

You will gain end‑to‑end exposure to licensing, CRM, and order processing while supporting peak periods and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales operations, order administration, customer support, or SaaS subscription fulfillment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor's in Business/Operations a plus.
• Direct experience with Salesforce and Navision is highly preferred; strong Excel/Office skills required.
• Understanding of subscription lifecycles, entitlement codes, and license generation.
• Attention to detail in generating license codes, PO review, and customer data management.
• Strong written and verbal communication to coordinate across teams.
• Agility and problem-solving to manage competing daily priorities in a tech business.

Responsibilities

• Own Recurring Revenue & Subscription Fulfillment (Primary Focus).
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of Sales Order deliverables for recurring products, ensuring prompt activation.
• Generate and distribute authorization codes, config files, and warranty extension codes.
• Build understanding of subscription logic, entitlement models, and licensing tiers.
• Lead migration of fulfillment workflows from Technical Support into Sales Enablement.
• Serve as cross‑functional backup during peak periods and quarter‑end pushes.
• Review quotations and orders, process sales and service orders per corporate standards.
• Maintain Salesforce records and assist in CRM enhancements.
