Qualifications

• Two years or more in sales or customer service.
• Experience in sales support or customer-facing roles, preferably in manufacturing.
• CRM experience preferred; ERP experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent bilingual French and English; English essential for this role.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with sales teammates to qualify and convert marketing leads into opportunities.
• Support regionally aligned account executives with customer sales opportunities.
• Update CRM data accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and maintain quotes, orders, and bids.
• Maintain accurate data in the ERP and respond to inquiries via phone and web.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for aSales Coordinator that will play a pivotal role in driving regional revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. They will be a key contributor in several core sales processes that facilitate Tapco’s sales team to optimize performance. The successful candidate will be exposed to many aspects of customer engagement in an outcome-focused team environment.

Key Responsibilities (duties listed may vary in terms of importance and other duties may be added or eliminated as this position develops):

• Collaborate closely with sales teammates in the qualification and execution of marketing leads into sales opportunities.
• Support regionally aligned account executives with customer sales opportunities.
• Ensure all relevant data is updated within the CRM system accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, including quotes, orders, and bids.
• Maintaining accurate and relevant data relating to customers, quotes, and orders in the ERP.
• Provide timely response to customer inquiries via phone and website interactions.
• Performs other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• Two years or more, of sales or customer service position.
• Proven experience in a sales support or customer facing role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience working with a CRM (preferred).
• Prior experience working within an ERP (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude to thrive in a customer-focused and results-driven environment.
• Ability to understand basic technical specifications and application drawings.
• Desire to advance in one’s career
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
  • English communication skills are essential for this role as it involves frequent written and verbal interactions with the executive team & employees in both Canada & the United States, and as well as preparing documentation and reports in English.
