Job summary

Clubspeed & Resova is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales & Customer Success to lead the build-out of a high‑performing SMB and Mid‑Market team. You will own retention, expansion, and new revenue by designing scalable processes, playbooks, and metrics, while coaching Account Managers and CS professionals.

You will partner with leadership to balance high‑touch engagement for strategic customers with efficient, scalable programs for SMB users, driving forecast accuracy and revenue growth across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or a related commercial function.
• 2+ years of direct people management or team leadership experience.
• Experience operating in a high-volume SMB and/or Mid‑Market environment.
• Strong commercial instincts with experience managing renewals, expansion opportunities, contract negotiations, and revenue targets.
• Proven ability to build processes, playbooks, operating cadences, or functions rather than manage these.

Responsibilities

• Lead SMB & Mid‑Market Sales & Customer Success teams with clear expectations and performance standards.
• Own recruiting and hiring as the organization grows.
• Build onboarding and enablement programs for rapid ramp of new team members.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, account reviews, and coaching.
• Develop team capabilities in consultative selling, negotiation, customer relationships, retention, and expansion.
• Establish KPIs and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
