You’ll work with HR and marketing to optimize visual presentation and daily operations, with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals.
• Lead store operations, merchandising, and customer service.
• Recruit, train, and develop store team members.
• Analyze sales, traffic, and productivity reports with the team.
• Open and close the store and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with head office departments as needed.
