Qualifications

• Previous team management experience in a retail environment.
• Able to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales goals.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
• Bilingual is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to meet sales goals and maintain company standards.
• Recruit, train and supervise team members; manage attendance and performance.
• Coordinate store activities with management and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Implement visual presentation plans (planograms) and keep the store clean and inviting.
• Analyze sales data and report results to the team; open and close the store as needed.
