La Vie en Rose Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic retail associate to support sales in our store in Quebec. You will welcome customers, explain products, and help shoppers find items in lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear while delivering outstanding service.

You will open and close the store with the team, meet personal sales goals, keep the floor tidy, and share top product picks. The role is permanent, full-time and requires flexibility to work holidays and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Provide warm welcoming service to customers.
• Explain products including quality, materials, features and cross-sell items.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.

Responsabilités

• Advise customers to maximize sales potential and open/close the store.
• Provide a warm welcome and help customers find products.
• Answer questions, explain products, and suggest other items.
• Be available in the fitting room and manage the floor when managers are absent.
• Maintain store cleanliness and backstore organization.
• Process transactions at the cash register and follow head office procedures.
• Support the team and perform other duties as needed.
