Job summary

La Vie en Rose in Montreal is seeking a permanent, full-time sales associate to join our dynamic team. You will advise customers, explain product features, and help them find the perfect lingerie, sleepwear or swimwear while delivering exceptional service.

You will welcome customers, manage transactions at the till, keep the floor tidy and assist with merchandising. Bilingual French-English is an asset; willingness to work holidays and peak hours is required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Interest in clothing and lingerie helps.
• Flexibility for holidays and longer peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and identify their needs to maximize sales.
• Explain product features, materials, and fit; suggest alternatives.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and on the sales floor.
• Process transactions at the register and maintain a neat, stocked store.
• Support team with daily store operations.
