Job summary

La Vie en Rose is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team in our Regina store. You will drive sales, manage daily operations, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

This is a permanent, full-time role with opportunities for advancement within a family-owned brand. You will oversee merchandising, staff training, and customer experience while maintaining store standards and reporting to the head office.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and achieving sales goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals.
• Lead, train and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee visual presentation and planograms.
• Analyze sales and store performance to optimize staffing and operations.
• Open and close the store and ensure daily procedures are followed.
• Coordinate store activities with head office policies and procedures.
