La Vie en Rose is seeking an experienced retail manager to lead a dynamic team at our Saint-Constant location. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards.

You will oversee daily operations, merchandising, HR tasks, and store performance metrics, with opportunities for advancement within a family-owned, community-focused company that values growth and collaboration.

• You have previous team management experience in a retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals.
• Motivate your team to excel and maintain company standards.
• Coordinate store activities with the management team to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide outstanding customer service and train team members in sales techniques.
• Plan and monitor store visuals, planograms and merchandising.
• Open and close the store and analyze sales and traffic reports.
• Recruit, train and develop team members for various roles.
• Manage absences and lateness to maintain staffing levels.
