Qualifications

• Previous sales experience.
• Ability to listen to customers' needs and provide top service.
• Proactive and conscientious approach to tasks.
• Functional bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers to maximize sales potential and assist with inquiries.
• Open and close the store as part of daily duties.
• Provide a warm welcome and answer questions about products.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Manage the sales floor when managers aren’t present.
• Prepare and place products on the floor for a memorable experience.
• Ensure the store and backstore are clean and organized.
• Process transactions at the cash register.
• Follow head office policies and contribute to teamwork.
