You will work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, collaborate with staff, participate in opening and closing checklists, and help leverage omni-channel tools to ensure a frictionless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat customers and colleagues with respect to foster a positive work environment.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs to build brand engagement.
• Lead by example by demonstrating the brand's selling behaviors with every customer.
• Support the sales leader during non-peak hours focusing on the customer.
• Collaborate with the store leadership to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Build and share expertise in product lifecycles and assortments.
• Assist with opening/closing checklists and after-hours duties.
• Leverage omni-channel tools to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance standards are met across operations.
