Gap in Mississauga is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone in-store and lead a team to deliver an engaging brand experience. You will drive profitable sales through customer service, merchandising, operations, and talent development, working with the General Manager to execute store strategy.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to coach and mentor; you must be flexible to holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through customer-centric operations.
• Recruit, develop and lead Brand Associates and Experts.
• Implement store plans and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Collaborate with GM/AGM to execute the store strategy.
• Represent the brand and maintain a high standard of customer experience.
