As a Team Lead, you will support sales goals, supervise day-to-day operations, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service while ensuring consistent visual merchandising and policy adherence across shifts.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in retail or customer-focused environments.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team toward shared goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset creating a welcoming shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support store performance by contributing to sales goals and KPIs.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, policies, loss prevention, cash handling, and scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation.
• Coach and develop the team through ongoing training and feedback.
• Promote effective communication with the Store Manager and management team.
• Model a customer-first mindset on the sales floor and resolve customer concerns.
