Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or customer‑focused environment.
• Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team toward shared goals.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Passion for fashion and solid knowledge of fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Support store performance by contributing to the achievement of sales goals and KPIs.
• Assist day‑to‑day operations, including policies compliance, loss prevention, cash handling, and scheduling support.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation.
• Coach and develop the team through training and feedback.
• Promote effective communication with the Store Manager for alignment and priorities.
• Collaborate with management to ensure timely execution of action plans.
• Model a customer‑first mindset on the sales floor and resolve customer concerns.
