Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily store operations.

You will lead and supervise store associates, manage merchandising and shipments, and ensure outstanding customer service. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and multitasking in a high-volume retail environment, with day, evening, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in retail experience.
• 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Open availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee merchandising, shelf stocking, and daily shipments.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Handle manager-on-duty tasks: breaks, time, attendance.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Participate in cash management and opening/closing duties.
• Assist in inventory processes and employee training.
• Contribute to hiring and performance management.
