Reporting to the District Manager, you will optimize results, support brand growth, and ensure smooth omni-channel operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team management experience in fashion retail or equivalent.
• Strong communication and ability to mobilize a team.
• Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team on the sales floor.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and satisfaction.
