Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a customer-obsessed selling culture and build brand loyalty through product knowledge.
• Partner with store management to execute action plans for optimized results and operations.
• Contribute ideas to leadership to improve productivity and store operations.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new associates.
• Coach associates on customer service fundamentals and provide feedback.
• Assist in resolving customer service matters and manage tasks to maximize efficiency.
