Steve Madden is seeking a Sales Supervisor (full-time) to support the store management team in achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves leading a dynamic team, training staff, and coordinating between customers and store leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include motivating the team, managing training, handling customer issues promptly, and assisting with merchandising, floor moves, and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure that all customer service initiatives are in place to address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, the Assistant Store Manager, and the Store Manager.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in various store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed.
