Job summary

Next Youth Job in Stonewall, Manitoba is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily sales operations at our Main Street location. You will supervise 5–10 staff, assign duties, manage schedules and ensure excellent customer service.

You will hire and train staff, prepare sales and inventory reports, and resolve customer requests and shortages. On-site work only with a 35-hour work week; prior retail supervision experience preferred. Security checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate required.
• 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise 5–10 staff.
• Must work at the Stonewall location; no remote work.

Salary: $21.75/ hour

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, 35 hours / week

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
