Job summary

Next Youth Job is seeking a permanent, full-time Sales Supervisor to lead the Banff sales team on site. You will assign duties, hire/train staff, authorize payments, order inventory, and oversee daily operations to ensure strong customer service and sales results.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, a secondary school graduation certificate, and fluency in English. It starts as soon as possible and is based at the Banff location.

Qualifications

• On site: Work must be completed at the physical location.

Responsibilities

• Assign sales workers to duties and supervise their daily activities.
• Hire and train or arrange training for staff.
• Authorize payments by cheque and manage vendor relations.
• Order and merchandise and monitor inventory levels.
• Establish work schedules for team members.
• Sell merchandise and meet sales targets.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Resolve customer issues, including requests and shortages, to maintain satisfaction.
