Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail or service with strong customer focus.
• Team-oriented with collaboration and communication skills.

• Strong time management and ability to train Associates.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in merchandising, service, back room and processing.
• Maintain high customer service and store operations with clear updates and ensuring team alignment.
• Plan and guide tasks; train Associates on service policies and procedures.
• Develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service.
• Enhance store branding with eye-catching displays in key areas.
