Job summary

Skechers USA Canada Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in all aspects of store operations and team leadership in Toronto, Ontario. You will drive daily performance, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will oversee inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and store systems while helping to achieve sales goals. This role requires flexibility for weekends/evenings and emphasizes a respectful, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in sales management and driving targets.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to meet sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
• Ensure visual merchandising meets Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking to keep shelves full and attractive.
• Oversee store operations including scheduling, opening/closing, and procedures.
• Drive revenue by implementing performance strategies and exceeding sales targets.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Occasionally lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs to support store operations.
