Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking and transfers.
• Manage store operations including scheduling and opening/closing procedures.
• Drive sales performance through performance plans and customer engagement.
• Support peak store operations, including lifting and moving boxes as needed.
