Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. in Calgary is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in daily operations, lead a team, and ensure premier customer service. You will contribute to profitability by managing inventory, merchandising, and sales initiatives.

You will oversee visual merchandising, scheduling, and store operations, with weekend/evening shifts as needed. High school diploma preferred; 18+; opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail, restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain visual displays and store layouts to Skechers standards.
• Monitor stock levels, restock and organize floor presentation.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations.
• Drive revenue by implementing sales strategies and meeting targets.
• Address customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
