Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Saskatoon, Canada. You will support the Management Team in day-to-day operations, coach a team, and ensure outstanding customer service while driving store profitability.

Responsibilities include leading staff, maintaining engaging visual displays, managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring smooth store operations. The role requires flexibility for weekends/evenings/holidays and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure brand standards in displays and store layout to reflect Skechers' style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels, restock efficiently, and maintain an organized sales floor.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations; assist with lifting boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Drive revenue by implementing performance strategies and managing customer expectations.
