Swatch is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Canada to lead and motivate the sales team, drive customer-centric service, and ensure adherence to store procedures. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on sales growth and operational excellence across the store.

Starting base pay ranges from $44,000 to $48,000 per year, with a monthly performance bonus. The position is full-time and requires open availability and the ability to be on-site in Toronto.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
• Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience working with POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coaching the sales team to enhance customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
• Assisting in managing store efficiency, adhering to procedures, inventory control, and addressing inventory discrepancies.
• Supporting recruitment, development, and disciplinary processes, contributing to staff evaluations and development plans.
• Visual Merchandising: Helping maintain store presentation standards.
• Upholding workplace safety, serving as a role model for company policies and procedures.
