• 1-2 years in retail or service, with a strong grasp of customer needs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations with clear updates and team alignment.
• Plan, prioritize, and guide tasks while mentoring Associates on service policies and procedures.
• Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service, promoting collaboration.
• Enhance the store’s brand by creating eye-catching merchandise displays in key areas.
