This role includes shift coverage across the week, leadership development, and collaboration with peers to achieve company goals. 40 hours/week with flexible scheduling and potential transfers between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience developing supervisory skills through on‑the‑job training and responsibilities.
• Proven merchandising and customer service skills with productivity and task completion focus.
• Basic leadership and conflict resolution skills are assets.
• Minimum one year of management retail experience preferred.
