London Drugs is expanding its Retail team and seeks a Service Specialist to help deliver a superior shopping experience. You’ll assist customers across the General Sales area, handle issues, and supervise the front end while on duty.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance throughout the General Sales area.
• Handle customer issues and supervise the front end when on duty.
• Monitor cashier coverage, maintain front end supplies, replenish change float, and respond to checkout inquiries.
• Train others and monitor their work habits, with a calm, professional leadership style.
• Support a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday, to meet store needs.
