Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales management or leadership.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer service practices, and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Manage daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and visual presentation to optimize the customer experience.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Coordinate promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues promptly and professionally.
